Description

Add the powder to Exclusively Yours Silk Conditioner. The more concentrated the mixture, the more intense the result. Apply to towel dried hair and leave for 30 minutes, or longer for brighter colour. Rinse. Use on day of mixing. For best results apply to bleached hair. Only use white powder to lighten any other colour powder.
